At CraveHub Foods, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. If you need to cancel your order or request a refund, please review our policy below.


Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or dispatched.
    To cancel, email us immediately at info@cravehubfoods.com with your Order ID.

  • After Dispatch:
    Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.


📦 Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (ready-to-eat food items), returns are only accepted if:

  • The item was delivered damaged or tampered

  • The wrong product was sent

  • The product is expired or not consumable upon delivery

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information


💰 Refund Process

If your return is approved based on the above, we will initiate a refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer. You must provide valid account details for processing.


📸 Proof Required

To request a return or refund, please send the following to info@cravehubfoods.com:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue


🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If approved, we will issue a refund and you may place a new order as needed.
